Even after the video is paid in full, unlimited revisions are provided at no charge. If your logo, text, or any illustrations within the animation needs changing, we do it for free. It’s only when previously-approved steps in the production process need revising when additional fees may be incurred. This varies, however, based on the amount of revisions needed, as well as how quickly a client is to respond to our updates. More info on turnaround times here.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What kind of satisfaction guarantee do we offer?”]We have a “pay as you go” payment system that ensures a client only pays if they like our work. We take payments in 50% increments and won’t take the final payment until the client is completely satisfied.
In other words, if a client isn’t completely happy, we keep revising the video until they are. This is something that separates us from the rest, as other most other video production companies allow only a couple rounds of revisions.
